Medline Full Text isn't ONLY full text. It's the regular Medline database (which technically has no full text at all) "enhanced" with the addition of full text that EBSCOHost can license. If you do a search, you'll find plenty of citations that don't have full text. But, this version of the database will have more full text than the previous version. Of course, we're paying a bit more for this version, but we go a very good deal as part of the Keystone Library Network. Thanks for using the e-mail reference system.
