According to our online catalog, Academic OneFile and General OneFile have Diabetes Care up to the present. I checked the database producer's (Gale) site to see what they had to say about the update schedule. Here's a clip from their FAQ (http://gale.cengage.com/customer_service/product_information/faq1/general_faq1.htm#quest10): Question 10 How long does it take an article to appear online? Records are indexed and available for searching within a time frame ranging from one day to two weeks, depending on content type. A queuing methodology is applied to ensure that high-priority titles and news materials are processed in the most timely manner possible. Also, Gale states that they update the database daily. I would read from these statements that Gale will post the text within two weeks of receiving it from the original publisher.
