For your search, I would suggest using some of the Business Databases, specifically: Business Source Premier or Business and Company Resource Center. You can also try some of the general academic databases such as: Academic Search Complete InfoTrac OneFile, or Wilson OmniFile You can find these by going to the Library Home Page ( and selecting the "Article Databases" option. Then select the database you want from the alphabetic list. When searching the databases, I would try subjects such as Gays in the Workplace, GLBT Employees, Gays and employment, etc. There are a wide variety of subject headings attached to such articles. If you have trouble focusing your search, I would strongly suggest that you talk to one of the librarians at the Reference Desk on the 1st floor of Stapleton Library.
