Here's a search to try in Medline: ( "milk substitutes" or "rice milk" or "non-dairy creamer" or "half and half" ) and ("nutritional requirements" or "nutritive value" or "nutrition physiology") You can find Medline by going to the IUP Library Home Page (www.iup.edu/library) and selecting the "Article Databases" option. Then select "Medline" from the alphabetic list. Your search is one that would be best helped by consulting a librarian in person. I would recommend that you come in and talk with one of the librarians at the Reference Desk on the 1st floor of Stapleton Libary. We can help you determine the best search terms to use. From your e-mail reference question, I wasn't clear on exactly what type of information your were looking for. A librarian can talk with you in person and quickly figure out how to translate your information needs into search terms. If you can't come in to the library, you can contact us by phone at (724)357-3006 or (toll-free) 1-866-836-8815.
