Have you looked in the Business databases? For both of your questions, I would suggest using: Business Source Premier, Business & Company Resource Center,or Business Full Text. You can find these databases by going to the IUP Library Home Page (www.iup.edu/library) and selecting the "Article Databases" option. Then select the database you want from the alphabetic list. For your first question about business attire, I would suggest using the following search terms (individually): Dress codes in the workplace, Clothing & Dress, Work Clothes, or Employees -- Clothing & Dress. You should be able to find plenty of current articles on your first question. For your second question, I would also suggest the same databases, but I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for. The terms you mention are very broad and may have several different meanings. Are you looking for information about how business decisions are made? Are you looking for material on financial speculation which is a technique of investment that is very risky? I'm just not sure from your question. If you still need help with that question, it would be helpful if you could send me some more information about what you are doing. Is this for a paper or an oral report in class? What is the context of the information you need? How are you going to use it? If you are writing a paper, what is the specific topic you're investigating? Having additional information would help me to give you better advice.
