Unfortunately, IUP does not have that book, either in paper or audio. You can always check to see what materials the library has by using the PILOT online catalog. Just go to the Library Home Page (www.iup.edu/library) and select the "Online Catalog" option. Once connected to PILOT, you can search by author, title, subject, keyword, etc. If IUP owns the material, there will be an entry in the catalog that shows where the book is located and the call number for finding it. Since IUP doesn't have the audiobook, you could request it through the ILLIAD Interlibrary Loan system. We have agreements with libraries worldwide to share resources, so we could see if another library is willing to lend it. To find ILLIAD, just go to the Library Home Page, click on "Books and More" and then select the "ILLIAD (Interlibrary Loan)" option. This will take you to the ILLIAD login page. In order to make requests, you must be a registered user. If you don't already have an account, just follow the "First Time Users" link at the bottom of the login page. This will take you to a page that explains the system and that has a "First Time Users Click Here" button at the bottom. Click that button to get the registration page. On that page, fill in your contact information and specify your user ID and password. As soon as you click the "Submit" button at the bottom, you'll be registered and able to make requests. Once you are logged in to ILLIAD, you'll get the main menu. There are two types of request forms -- "Get a Photocopy" and "Get a Book". You can use the "Get a Book" form to request an audiobook. Just be sure to specify that you want the audiobook by using the "Notes" field on the request form. Once you submit the request, our staff will contact a library that has the material and request that it be sent here for you to use. Average turnaround time is 3-6 working days. You will receive an e-mail message when the item arrives and then you can pick it up at the Circulation Desk on the 1st floor of Stapleton. The amount of time you'll be able to borrow the item will depend on what the lending library specifies.
