As a courtesy, we have renewed your books for you. The new due date is 1/12/09, which is the first day of Spring Semester. You can check the status of any book you have checked out and renew eligible books online (without knowing the barcodes). Just go to the Library Home Page (www.iup.edu/library), and select "Online Catalog" to open the PILOT catalog. Once connected to PILOT, click on the "Account Information" link. You'll be asked to log in which you can do with either your Banner number (the @ number on your I-Card) or your Library barcode (the 16-digit number on your I-card). The system will then show you your account information, including any books you have checked out. If a book is eligible for renewal, there will be a check box in front of that title. Check off any you want to renew and click the "Renew" button. The system will renew the materials and re-display your account with the new due dates. You must renew books before they become due and you are only allowed two renewals. Once a book has become overdue or if you have already renewed it twice, you won't be able to renew online. For those items you will need to bring the books in or contact the Circulation desk.
