I checked your circulation account to see what was happening. 1. The "Beyond Communities of Practice" book that is charged to your account is IUP's copy, not a PALCI copy. It was checked out on April 7th. Are you sure that you don't have it? IUP owns two copies. The one checked out on your account is copy #1. Copy #2 is currently on the shelf, but copy #1 is not there. 2. For "On the Case", the May 9 date is correct. That book is one borrowed via PALCI and the due dates for PALCI books are set by the lending library and recorded on the book band. When you checked the book out, the circulation system gave you the full 90 days because you are a graduate student and you get 90 days to borrow IUP books. Because the book was through PALCI, the student operator at the Circulation Desk was supposed to have adjusted the due date to match the date on the band. That didn't happen. If you need to use the book beyond May 9, please let us know so that we can request a renewal from the lending library.
