I'm not sure what would be causing the issue you are having. If your VPN is working properly, Cabell's should let you in. Unfortunately, I don't have a way to test the VPN connection from here in the office. Since I'm on campus, I can't run VPN. I do have VPN at home, but I won't be there until much later this evening. I would suggest that you contact the IT Support Center Help Desk at (724)357-4000 or They should be able to troubleshoot the VPN problem for you. There may be a setting or something that needs to be tweaked for it to work properly for you. They're the experts in VPN.
