I was not able to find information about acceptance rates for either of those journals. In my experience, that is usually very specialized information found only in reports like Cabell's that specifically address acceptance rates. However, I did notice that IUP's George Bieger is on the editorial board of TETEN. Perhaps you could drop him a note. He might have some idea of the acceptance rate. I did find information about the review process, though. Both publications state that the editors do the initial screening of submissions. Those passing the first cut are then sent to two readers from the editorial board. REFLECTIVE PRACTICE specifically states that it is a double-blind process. TETEN was rather vague about the prcoess. REFLECTIVE PRACTICE then requires final editor approval. Here are links to web pages for each publication: TETEN http://www.eten-online.org/eten.publishingguideline.php http://www.eten-online/org/JETEN.ppt REFLECTIVE PRACTICE http://www.tandf.co.uk/journals/journal.asp?issn=1462-3943&linktype=44 http://www.tandf.co.uk/journals/journal.asp?issn=1462-3943&linktype=1 These should give you the information you need. I did notice that the publication timeline for TETEN (in the powepoint document) indicated a submission deadline of June 30. It seems they only publish once a year.
