I don't think we have the book you are looking for. We do have one book titled "Introduction to Criminology" by Harold Vetter that was published in 1974, but I doubt if that is the one you need. I'm assuming that you are looking for a class textbook. As a general rule, the library usually does not have textbooks. The only time we do is if a faculty member places a copy of the text on Reserve at the Circulation Desk. It doesn't look like we have any of the books for introductory Criminology classes. You can find out if the Library has any book by using the PILOT online catalog. It lists all of the books the library owns, has access to electronically or those that have been placed on Reserve. To find PILOT, go to the Library Home Page (www.iup.edu/library)and click on "Online Catalog". Once you have connected to PILOT, you have several ways to search it. The default search is by book title. Enter the title you need in the "Search For" box and then click the "Search" button. If IUP owns or has access to the material, there will be an entry in the catalog. If you do get a match on your search, the system will show the information about the book, where the book is located, and a call number which is used to find the book on the shelves. In PILOT, you can also use the "Course Reserves" option to see what materials have been placed here by the faculty. "Course Reserves" lets you search by professor's name, department or particular course.
