When you get the error you are describing, it usually means that EBSCOHost is not able to match the e-mail address that you are entering in it's database. There can be a couple of reasons for this. If you've not used the account in a while, it may have been deleted for inactivity. Another reason could be that you established the account with another form of your e-mail address. Several years ago, all IUP e-mail accounts used the address instead of just Or, you may have used the form instead of Unless there was some critical content in your "My EBSCOHost" account that you need to retrieve, my best advice would be to start over by setting up a new account. Users can have multiple accounts on EBSCOHost and they do delete inactive accounts regularly.
