Not sure who you spoke with but I am at home and have the VPN turned on and was able to access the database. The thing that might be preventing you from accessing are as follows: 1. Your security setting is set too high 2. You don't have your automatic cookie handling to accept first and third-party cookies. You need to go to: 1. Control Panel 2. Internet Options 3. Check security tab and move to Medium-high 4. Check Privacy tab and go to Advance for the cookies and make sure they are check to accept. Thanks for using IUP Libraries.
