The username and password you use to log in to ILLiad and place ILL requests are not necessarily the same credentials you use to log into MyIUP or D2L. So, if you've forgotten it, we understand!
To reset your ILLiad password, visit the ILLiad log-in screen and click the Forgot Password? link.
If you've forgotten your username, email ill-iup@iup.edu and our staff will look it up for you.
