PALCI stands for Pennsylvania Academic Library Consortium Incorporated. As a member of this consortium, IUP has access to the PALCI EZBorrow system that enables patrons to borrow books directly from over 60 academic libraries through the Northeast Region. EZBorrow is IUP Libraries' primary method for requesting books due to the speed and simplicity of the system.
