The microforms department is on the ground floor of the Stapleton Library. Microfiche is just one of the types of microforms available.
You'll need to request the material you need at the Serials Desk on the ground floor. The student assistants there will retrieve it for you and show you how to use the equipment to read it and (if necessary) make copies.
When you make the request, you will need to ask for a specific item. You'll need either a periodical citation, the call number for a book or the retrieval number for one the particular sets of microforms. If you don't have a specific item to request, the librarians at the Reference Desk on the 1st floor of Stapleton can help you.
