Not without permission. If it's available electronically via the library, the library has already paid copyright permissions as part of the licensing to that resource. The license does not give permission to upload the item to D2L, but you are free to give students a link to the article so they can find it themselves.

Reference Hours
During winter break a reference librarian is available to assist you from 10am to 4pm on the following days:
Thursday, December 17– Wednesday, December 23;
Thursday, December 24 - Thursday, December 31; and
Monday, January 4 – Friday, January 8, 2021;
Library Hours
