One option is to use the IUP Libraries' Discovery Search on the libraries' main webpage www.iup.edu/library.  In the Search Our Collections box, enter a few words that describe your topic and click search.

On the right-hand side of the results page, you'll see a selection of limits you can use to narrow down these results.  Under the resource type heading, click on peer-reviewed journals.  This will limit your results to articles found in peer-reviewed journals.

Watch a video on using the Discovery Search.

Another option is to use the Library Databases.  From the main library webpage, click on the red Library Databases button.  This will give you a list of all the journal databases available to you. Select the database you want from the alphabetic list or use the Subject drop-down menu to choose a database by subject.

Look for an option within the database to limit your search to peer-reviewed or refereed journals.
